Ridiculous. I think the folks who come up with such rankings never actually travel to the cities on the list.

I think that this is geared more toward the Harrisburg "metro area", than Harrisburg itself.

This portion puzzled me some:
The Harrisburg population is fairly young, with more than 15 percent of the population falling in the 25 to 34 age range. The metro area is also home to a number of colleges and universities, which lend a youthful feel to the area.

Perhaps it is where I am located, but I don't feel that this area is very "young". Most folks seem to be 30+, all married with children. Someone, tell me, where these young single folks are hiding. lol Clearly, not where I am! There are no major colleges or universities in the area that I can think of...by major, I mean a larger campus. The biggest may very well be Shippensburg? Which is a good 1hr+ drive from Harrisburg. There are smaller colleges/universities around though (Gettysburg, Elizabethtown, HACC, Central Penn, PSU-Harrisburg, York College, PSU-York).

Messiah College is actually fairly large, if a little bit hidden away. But I think the Hbg metro is likely more under-studented than average.
