but its called driving at a safe speed. thats why i said it was worded weird. if it was worded UNsafe speed, i wouldn't have said that

Ok, still how do you not see someone? Were you cresting a hill, were you driving into the sun...you came on the internet asking for help (god knows why) so pertinent facts are important, not just your songular focus.

The law is, that's the law that was violated. The charge certainly wouldn't be for driving at a safe speed.

Yeah, we don't have the details here but humans do at times even get hit by cars when it isn't the driver's fault. So we shouldn't pre-judge.

I think it’s fair that we get more information though, the OP seems to think we should just take their word that they did nothing wrong and that they were wronged by LP’s law enforcement.

Considering she made a left into the Pittsburgh forum when she should have gone straight at the light into the Harrisburg one, and still has no clue.. im going with the odds and saying it was user error behind the wheel.
