How would people describe the Harrisburg area? How is the city in terms of crime and the school district? I have noticed that it seems to be a city of a very high Black population not only in the city, but in the suburbs in places like Susquehanna Township, Steelton-Highspire and the Central Dauphin school district area too that has a pretty strong middle class. Is there much to do in terms of entertainment or events? What places would a person recommend to live in the area and Dauphin County in particular?

Yes, use the search function, but I would stay away from the city school district at all costs; Steel-High is diverse but also does not have great schools. CD is a pretty solid middle class area and the schools are much better than the city. There is a lot to do in the area; I suggest Hershey or the nearby areas as a place to live in Dauphin County.
