Hello,

I'm thinking of relocating to Harrisburg, Pa and would like to know what areas would be considered bad neighborhoods (high crime and such) and areas to avoid.

Thanks

Yes, I would not recommend that area. Seneca street is pretty nice west of Third, however even that area is only a couple blocks from some bad parts.
