Classic Communities Rentals (Hershey: townhouses, maintenance, club)

My family and I are thinking about renting a townhouse from Classic Communities in their Park Place community. If we decide to rent, we won't be able to see the townhouse until sometime in July when the current residents move out. In order to see the townhouse we have to put a deposit down to hold the unit so that we can see it. It seems that their units go pretty quick, so if we don't put a deposit down now we'll lose it. Two positive things is that they'll take our Labrador Retriever and all their townhouses are non-smoking, other then that that's all we know about them.

Has anyone on this forum had any experiences renting a townhouse from them? Did you like it? Did you have any problems with management, maintenance, noise problems, neighbors, people in the community,etc? How are the townhouses built(most rental townhouses are not built that well and people end up having problems)? What's the area the community's located like(we're familiar with most of Hershey but we've never been in the country club area)? Did you like it? Any complaints? Are the rooms true to the dimensions on the floor plans(we've looked at places where the rooms were smaller then the people claimed they were)?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. We're worried about making a bad decision and being sorry we moved their if we do rent!
