Is there an average cost data table for how much lease rent prices are in comparison by # of rooms and square footage?? It appears that some are
possibly paying mortgages via lease rent costs and never live more than a vacation time actually ON an island.

I would like to see rental figures as well. It seems in some places the rent is $1-2 a sq ft regardless of condition, other places charge that plus extra for anything considered an amenity. I've been browsing zillow and some things don't add up.
