There's another thread already running about the cost to ship a car. From California to Honolulu right now it's $1,100.

Between islands, depending on exactly what it is, maybe $200, more or less.

I know Pasha and Matson does Hawaii to West Coast vehicle transportation.

But does Matson also do inter-island vehicle shipping?

No. The vehicle has to be empty, and must have less than 1/2 tank of gas.
