I am wondering if you guys know that I could use my out-of-state concealed weapon permit in Hawaii?
it's not too common on the neighbor islands.
But on Oahu, there are a lot of hot heads on the road and freeways who get into road rage incidents.
I have a Washington State conceal weapon permit. I would like to protect myself if some idiot/moke comes up to my driver side window and tries to assault me.
I am guessing not since Hawaii, like California, is a complete anti-gun state.

So, if you get assaulted or have a road rage incident you pull a gun? Yikes!
On a different note - I've not generally seen these road rage incidents you are speaking about and do quite well without a gun.
As a firearms instructor, what you've typed is an indicator that you may not have the right mental state to carry. If you think/plan out way to use a weapon, that's an indicator of something wrong. The goal is to A) stay OUT of bad situations (and road rage is among the most simple to avoid, stop/pull over when someone else does something stupid ~ they will continue on *IF* you don't react to their bait/are also raging), and B) make it your whole life only drawing your weapon in training.
Unfortunately not. But I'm hopeful that the Supreme Court will eventually take up another gun rights case and clarify that the Constitution requires states to allow people to carry weapons on their persons in public.
To get a concealed carry permit in any U.S. state you have to go through, and pass a very thorough criminal background check. However, cross a state line that doesn't have reciprocity with your state, with your firearm, and you are an INSTANT criminal. Makes sense, huh? The Second Amendment is not a state's rights issue.
