Hi,
I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and I am thinking about getting out of here for the summer. I was thinking g of going to Alaska for the summer as thereare a lot of job openings now. However I have already spent a summer in Alaska but have never to Hawaii.

I can not seem to find any job opportunities that offer housing online and was hoping that somebody might now of any?

I am aware of volunteer work/exchange opportunities on workaway and Wooof but I'm not super into that right now.

Thanks

Try joining the military or become a nanny

Oh, I'd not thought of nannies, but some of them do live in, don't they?

Otherwise, care taking of a property although not all of those have housing as part of the package.

Do jobs in Las Vegas usually come with housing?

Thanks for the replies. I am not aware of jobs in LV that come with housing. I have an apartment. I just know that in the summer there are over a hundred in Alaska and. I was thinking there most be some in Hawaii.

Possibly there's more of them in Alaska since they know that most of the folks are only going to be there for the summer and won't already have a house, whereas jobs in Hawaii are year round. Unless the job is part of the farm or estate, (cook, maid, care taker, nanny, farm worker, etc.) I doubt there's gonna be any housing.

Even if there were places that provided housing, I would highly doubt that they would hire a mainlander. Hawaii has a horrible housing problem: too expensive, too many homeless. I’m pretty sure they would have the pick of actual Hawaii residenyes without having to import anybody. I’m actually looking for a side job at the moment, and quite a few places state they already want you to be living in Hawaii on the respective island before they even consider you.
