Moving company, Portland, Oregon to Hawaii (Honolulu: mover, buyer, prices)

Hi!

Aloha Oregon, I'm moving back to Hawaii! I may be moving in about a month, dependent on the buyer of my home! I need a reputable mover/shipping company that begins in Portland to Oahu & ends on Molokai (Young Brothers Shipping is the only company there). It's really strange, but I've asked alot of friends that moved here from Hawaii & they don't remember who they've used????????

Alot of sources say not to use the internet for companies, but for right now, I need some help. If you have any info to share from your experience w/ shipping, it will be greatly appreciated...prices, how long it takes to get there, etc....Mahalos!

Most everything in Hawaii is shipped in and out by Matson I used them when I moved from Medford Oregon, shared a 20' container with 2 other people. As I recall it took about 2 weeks.

years ago when i moved here I used a company in portland called something like Honolulu Freight.... it took it all, put it on a pallate and I picked it up in nawiliwili. look in the yellow pages in pdx.
