Aloha All! Well, me and my dog are on a jet plane on the 31st.
Our new life awaits. I'm so excited. Actually found an open credit card so I can book my truck this morning... S/O can't wait. My Portfolio is beautifully done on a CD thanks to a friend. House isn't selling but I can't wait any longer. I have a friend who will caretake for us for just a few plants. Little does she know she is getting my most prized specimens. I'm finding it amazing who my 'friends' are... and aren't. A few are so jealous they literally aren't speaking to me. I'm amazed. It pays to be sincere and kind in our lives, don't you think. You never know who's listening and watching. Found wonderful homes for our dogs that have to stay behind. My horse is still an issue but I'm sure he will be rehomed quite nicely as well.

Having a bit of an issue w/the new Landlady in Kona... seems she likes to enter our Ohana w/out permission when S/O isn't home. Well, that'll stop the first time she steps in some flour and leaves prints. LOLOLOL.. I watch alot of court TV. What would Judge Judy say? She's turned into quite the complainer. Oh well, unbeknownst to everyone I have other irons in the fire.
Always gotta have a backup plan, right?

I wanted to post my arrival on Konaweb but I no longer have access...lolol...it was my poor judgement. I sent a pm to a whiner and asked him to please say something useful or happy...lolol... he went screaming (literally) to the moderator...I got booted out....lolol... oh well... there are worse things in life.

Best to all.
Mahalo for all the fine advice I have found on this forum and the Konaweb as well.

A hui hou!
Koale

Having issues with a landlord and you aren't even moved in yet? Isn't that sort of overachieving?

It is an island, everyone is listening and watching.

We brought our 2 horses, 2 dogs and a cat from CA to HI when we moved. How some people can just leave their pets, I don't know. But that's just me....

Thanks for the input....you sound like the negative energy I got booted off konaweb for....oh well, seems like some catz just can't change their spots no matter where they hide, huh?

Just wanted to share...1/2 the family has been i Kona since June 2nd. You never know someone until you sleep with them...or in this case...under them.
Landlords sound great on paper and when they want your $1500 month...

Good thing we keep an Attorney firm on retainer. But that wasn't my point in posting.. I just wanted to say Aloha...

Thanks again, Catz for the welcome.

Ya know... another negative reply...why did either of you bother? You think it was easy not to bring my horse... it wasn't but he's elderly and the move would not have been easy for him.

Enjoy your day. I'm sure you'll find someone else to try to ruin it for.
