there is movement on the permits to build a underground home (homes, earthquake)

the permits are line up with a engineer and architect who have review the blueprints have been aproved..they are in a second phase of studying the layout and design and effects of the earthquake on a underground home ..

as one architect said it diff but it can be done but it is a little diff than most homes we do build here in hawaii ..

Congratulations on getting it going. Wow, two architects/engineers. Sounds expensive. Hopefully after two engineers the Building Department will approve it. Which island are they on? Are you still planning on digging in on the Big Island? The Building Department on the Big Island isn't as difficult as Oahu.

it on the big island area that i had plan to dig on ..plus the fact that the person who was hired to take them to the engineering dept of the big island had mess up when answering a question that was put to him ..so when i went there on a monday morning and spoke to the engineer and architect who i had hired to help me get throught the process there ..

one of the question of that guy should have called me right then and there to answer was the following question was it going is it going to be bult there or is a allready drop in ready to live in building..for i showed the whole blueprint of it ready to be droped into the ground and lived in after moveing all the personal effects into the place after it been sit into the ground ..for they could not get the right answer from the person i had hired to walk the whole thing through the permit process of my move there .. .

the country engineer and i had about a 10 min quick session of basic question and answer to the question and he told now he knows what the is the basic idea iam doing with the home there ....

i flew out sunday night and rested on the flight and got there monday morning spent the day dealing with the building dept and the people who i hired and got back on a flight monday night and took a long nap on the flight back and tuesday morning went and voted and went back to the bed to get some more sleep ..i do not think i can keep doing this type of travel anymore it getting hard on the body ..

so when i come for the last time i think i take ship to island so that way i can relax and enjoy the trip
