Aetna and CV-19 (medical, plan, doctor, prescriptions)

Just wanted to share something I got from Aetna today..


I'll summarize..


1) For the next 90 days.. No co-pay on Teledoc. It's their.. Call a doctor, they can prescribe things, get refills, etc.

2) No co-pays on any CV-19 related testing.

3) Anyone diagnosed positive will receive a 'care package' from Aetna with sanitizing wipes, CVS OTC medications and other personal and household cleaning supplies


4) Waiving refill limits on 30-day medications.

This is for our plan.. Small Business Group.. So, this might not apply to everyone with Aetna. as always.. YMMV.

Make sure you read the fine print- i have seen the ins co say they will pay for Covid “ when medically necessary”. Catch 22 here.
