Uh huh. Why aren't all Part D plans required to provide affordable insulin? Even for those of us who can afford to enroll in the "enhanced Part D plans, it doesn't offset the WH knowingly sacrificing seniors at the altar of the almighty dollar. Just sayin' ...

The basic part d plan is defined by law. Any variance would need a new law. In the basic plan, you pay a certain percentage at each step
