I just did some research on Lithuania's healthcare system. It seems to be desperately underfunded and behind the times, but quickly improving.

Is it possible for you to reach a specialist in a nearby country, where healthcare is more upgraded?

If so, only do so after researching the best possible doctor to see.

You really only need to find someone to look over your records and test results to give you an accurate diagnosis and a course of treatment.

The doctors in your country SHOULD be able to provide treatment for you once you find a diagnosis.

I would also try going to a dentist to see if he can do anything for you. Good luck. I have a couple of Lithuanian friends here in the states who are Russian speakers.

Then they were Russians who lived in Lithuania, not Lithuanians. Lithuanian is the official language of Luthuania. Only 8.2% of the population speaks Russian.

This is a map of how spine problems affects the body

image 2

If you want more, do a google search for dermatomes.

As far as a chiropractor; they are good for some things but others no.
A friend of mine did not know she had degeneration of her cervical spine, the chiropractor was too hard on her & she was never the same again. He basically injured her. She originally went for low back pain & ended up not being able to do anything; he ruined her life.

Germany is really good with spine problems. I can give you the name of a place to look up
Stenum Spine
there disk replacement page link

Get your tests; get a new MRI and send it to them. On my 2nd link, in the blue it says - Click here to Contact Stenum Spine for a free evaluation

I mentioned anxiety to my new neurologist which I'm going now for acupunture procedures and he acknowledged that it plays a big role in my problems, the medication that he prescribed "tanakan" is for making bloodstream better, but he added that it is a "light" antideprasant. Don't now to believe him or not? By the way he mentioned anxiety before i started this topic, but i did't take it for a seriuos thing, till i have read your post

I eat meat, vegetables, dairy products everyday. Every other day i eat fruits. I rarely use nuts, seeds. If you mean products from seeds, then ,yeah, i eat that regularly (example - bread), but if you mean seeds as a separate product, then no. Whole grains - basically never. Can you give an example of how much of everything i should eat everyday ? What kinda nuts i should eat? I am 6.3' and about 200lb.

Today, i have mentioned to my new neurologist( he has more then 30 years of job practice, was practicing in Moscow, Munich hospitals and etc.) about thinking to see the neurosurgeon or orthopedic surgeon, but he commented that i would just waste my time, because he thinks neck vertebrae problems are too little to do an operation. As i sad many doctors say that Not really now what to do? But he agreed that if i have a chance to do a new MRI, to look how things progressed in my spine over the years.

No more chiropractors for me they don't make me worse, but also they don't make me feel better.

The link I gave you to Germany, I'm pretty sure it is a FREE consultation.
You do not have to use them to do anything. Let them look at your tests and tell you what's wrong
