1. Got up at 4:30 this morning.
2. 5:00am- went jogging
3. 5:45am- start my cool down for 10 minutes.
4. 5:50am- stretched for a few minutes, did 100 crunches, 50 pushups, and took a shower.
5. 8:00am- had breakfast.
6. 9:30am- went sunbathing in my backyard.
7. 11:30am- came back in from sunbathing.
8. 12:30- started on laundry and packing slowly for trip to Lake Martinez on Saturday.
9. 1:30- listened to music and read a book.
10. 2:30- laundry got done and put laundry up.
11. 5:25- I'm here now and just taking it easy for the rest of the day.
12. Should be eating dinner by 7:00pm....Good night everyone!!

Thanks for the compliment. Yes, I'm in really good shape (size 6-7; 38B-26-37).

No, I go to bed by 10-10:30, if it's the middle of the week. When I go out I stay up later and I go out when I don't have to workout the next day (Thursdays and Sundays are my "rest" days).

You gals are motivating me! I am only 4 foot 10.I should be 100 pounds? I am too heavy like 120.no 118

You can do it. Just put some motivation, dedication, and have a goal to achieve where you want to be. Stay focused.
