today "Larry the tree guy" is coming to camp to talk about trees
I am also bringing my "party song CD"

Good morning Karla - Have fun at plant camp.

Good morning cinderobyn - I know what you mean about not sleeping. I've been up since about 3:00AM. I have so much to do and I need to get it done. I need to get the exercise in but didn't want to use the treadmill because the noise will wake my hubby. It's not that it's makes a lot of noise, he's just a light sleeper. I hear him up so now I can get moving.

BTW - I now used too many reps in 24 hours. What??? There's more rules to those reps than one would think.

It's going to be hot and humid here, so a walk along the river bank is definitely in order this morning, afternoon and evening! My Cypres is so funny. The minute she sees the water, she is off and running. There is no stopping her!

Have a great day everyone

Wow...everybody's up and chipper this morning! Look out!

Did a 35 min. hubby walk, then 35 min. to the gym. It's supposed to hit the mid 90's here today. Guess I best get used to it, eh?

Enjoy the day.

Talking Not fair

Is it just ME or does anyone else have to fight to get their workout time in?

Its' just not fair.

DH get his workouts several times a week, but when I try to arrange a babysitter so I can escape to Cardio-Kickboxing...?? It doesn't always happen. I feel angry, resentful, guilty, but I have a plan..........especially if you read my post yesterday regarding my M I L

So When the going gets tough, call Mom !! MY MOM (not DH's mom)

I'm escaping today (Shhhhh no one knows) leaving kiddies w/ Mom & Dad & I'm heading to my Cardio-Kickboxing tonight !!! I feel the need to beat the crap outta a rubber dummy.

LOL I may even stay a few days at my parents home

Wow cinderobyn you're really on the ball this morning!

Ahh NHH I can relate....sometimes it's hard to find the time.

Got a 35 min. walk in this beautiful morning (gonna be a hot one!) and did my ab and strength exercises. Gettin ready for my walk with Ethan and my friend and her boys. Man I dunno pushin that stroller really adds to the walk!

Gotta picture in my mind now of karla running around her house like a mad woman chasing her dogs....LOL have fun at plant camp!!

My song of the day goes out to sweet Evey

"How much is that doggy in the window.......the one with the waggily tail...........how much is that doggy in the window...........I do hope that doggy's for sale"

Have a great day everyone!!
