I'm a 69-year old woman, moderatly active, a bit over weight, and have been waking up with stiffness in my joints, and a general achy feeling all over. Then last May, I overdid a "walk" and developed inflamation in my right knee. It took me a long time to go in to see an Orthopaedic specialist, and when I did, I discovered he was about the age of my grandson! He is a sports specialist but does see old folks like me.

He reviewed all of the options available to me, then asked me if I would consider a "natural" course of action. Of course, I said yes. He suggested I take Glucosamine - Condroitin, and suggested a product called "Joint Juice."

I went out and bought it immediately and now, 30 days later, I am feeling wonderful. The morning aches and pains have all but subsided. My knee still complains if I do more than 15 round trips upstairs, but it's been doing that for a long time. This stuff (8 ounce bottles at Sam's Club) is about $15.00 a month, or 50 cents a day. There is also a powder you can carry in your pocket and add to 16 ounces of water in your bottle, or at a restaurant. It is a little more expensive, but Walgreen's has a buy one, get one every few months.

I don't think I've ever come onto a forum like this and touted any product but I'm telling you - this stuff worked for me and is certainly worth a try. You have to give it at least three weeks to start to feel the effects. And it tastes pretty good.

Thanks for the info. I used to take these supplements in pill form and they had no effect - but apparently liquids work better than pills.

One question: I checked "Joint Juice" out and it contains only glucosamine..no chondroitin. It's also not available at samsclub.com. However, samsclub.com does carry a joint juice called Elations, which has both glucosamine and chondroitin. Is what you bought really called "Joint Juice"? Thanks!
