Don't know if I had mentioned a Tempurpedic bed did not help my back issues. Chiropractic helps with MANY things...but is usually temporary. Acupuncture can be temporary or permanent, or sometimes doesn't help much at all. I believe what solved my back pain was rolfing. I had 10 sessions where they press on the fascia all through your body and put it back where it belongs! It improved my walk also. Some of it is painful but it can be done different ways.

I agree chiro and acupuncture can help some things or not, and most is temporary. I see a myofascial specialist (like rolfing) on an ongoing basis, helps but does not cure anything. I too, am in the boat of "bed problems" causeing pain in in upper back, sides etc. I made a mistake when I bought this bed - cost a lot of money, and was a reversible "pillow top" with foam. It sags in the middle, even if I constantly flip it. The bed I had previously from the same company was a regular coil (no foam) mattress and was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in - made by Thomasville "Bed of Roses." Wasn't that expensive either. Not sure what to do - spent a lot of $$$ for current bed, and it's not that old yet. Also, I just don't know what I would replace it with.
