I agree chiro and acupuncture can help some things or not, and most is temporary. I see a myofascial specialist (like rolfing) on an ongoing basis, helps but does not cure anything. I too, am in the boat of "bed problems" causeing pain in in upper back, sides etc. I made a mistake when I bought this bed - cost a lot of money, and was a reversible "pillow top" with foam. It sags in the middle, even if I constantly flip it. The bed I had previously from the same company was a regular coil (no foam) mattress and was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in - made by Thomasville "Bed of Roses." Wasn't that expensive either. Not sure what to do - spent a lot of $$$ for current bed, and it's not that old yet. Also, I just don't know what I would replace it with.
