I've been experiencing an extremely dry throat for about 3 weeks now. Not sore throat. If it was winter I wouldn't think much of it, but it's summer, so I'm concerned. It just feels parched all the time, especially at night. I don't have dry eyes or any other dryness, except the throat. I feel like I don't have as much saliva as usual too.

I'm a woman in my early 30's. Have never smoked and don't drink.

This coincided with moving to a new house. I don't feel like the house is unusually dry. My husband doesn't have any symptoms. But these two things occurred at about the same time, though I can't pinpoint exact dates.

Nothing I do is helping. Drinking more isn't helping.

Not sure if I should go see an ENT doctor about this.
