Hello people! So, normally I drink a HUGE cup of chocolate coffee in the morning with a bunch of sugar and half and half in it, and dont think I dont finish that baby off! Then sometime during the day I get an extra sweet Lipton pure leaf tea in a glass bottle, and normally a pepsi.
That was then, this is now.
A couple of sips of coffee.  Water water water. Propel fitness water. gatorade because of all the walking and sweating.. heehee.. more water.
Today I did get a starbucks in the glass bottle in between my outside walk and the mall walk.
I feel so good.

congrats. caffeine can be rather addictive and can be tough to live without

You got that right! And try to quit it cold turkey. The one time I did that, I had a massive headache for 10 days straight. Nothing would touch it.

NO HEADACHES!!!! And I have been a sufferer of the Migraine for at least ten years. i have not had one in 3 weeks!!!!  |

They say caffeine adds to migraines. I wouldn't wish those on anybody. It must be great not to be having them any more.

It IS great, its like a whole new different life. I have suffered with them for so long that I don't even know how it feels NOT to have them, until now.
My headaches are gone, My RA is not flaring, my FM is not flaring, I feel great. No chest pains... |

If I don't have my morning coffee I get a tremendous headache. For some resaon I cant get myself to drink the water. I have maybe one 8 oz glass a day. I think I'll try thr propell. I've been tempted tobuy it at the grocery store but haven't. I will on my next trip.
My trips to startbucks... grande latte, one pump mocha, skim milk, extra shot expresso WITH whip cream. If they get it right Im one happy camper.

I got a small mocha this morning. I have never gotten a cup that small at Starbucks in my life... didn't know they came that small! I drank some, didn't feel the need to drink it all... doing good! |
