So I have this thing on my eyebrow which the Dr says is a wart. It is getting ugly. She referred me to a plastic surgeon who I think will be lasering it off.
I wonder if this is the best way to wind up unscarred? I don't meet with him until next week, but I'm wondering if anyone has had anything lasered off?

I had a skin tag under my eye and the dermatologist cauterized it for 50.00. It's the best 50.00 I ever spent.

I know a woman who has a disease that causes a hairy face. She has the hair lasered off regularly. No scars that I can tell.

I had what I think was a sebaceous cyst or something on my nose, and the doctor froze it off in his office with liquid nitrogen on a Qtip. I felt nothing, it completely eliminated the offending disfigurement, left no mark, it took him about 15 seconds.

I've had laser resurfacing and also laser acne treatments. I have one small scar from where the laser blistered my skin. But this was the fault of the laser operator. As long as your doc is specially trained and certified in laser treatments, you should have no worries.

Do they have lasers now a days that will take some of the deep acne scars away?
