Do you believe in interdependence of body and mind? I'm experiencing a pressure in the chest area. It's there most of the time lately.

I believed it was a physical problem for a long time, and got my heart and lungs checked but without result. Now I believe it could be anxiety which expresses itself physically. Consciously I don't feel fears or tensions and I'm not worried all the time. It's entirely physical. I have lots of challenges ahead very soon and maybe these things subconsciously bother me more than I realize and therefore cause the anxiety.

I'm really wondering how to get rid of the pressure of the chest. I'd like to do something with breath and/or exercises for the chest area.
