Milk is not good for GERD. There is no milk that is -good- for GERD. There are some milks that are less bad, but none that are actually good.
Dairy, fats - all *not* good. Again - some are *not as bad* but none are *good*.

It is like veggie oils and cholesterol. None of them are 'good'. But different oils have different levels of 'bad' in them.
