I haven't read everybody's suggestions here but for me it's cooked spinach with butter every couple of days. It seems to help keep me regular much better than broccoli does. Also if I need dynamite to get moving I take a zantac and within 24 hours I'm good. Almost forgot water not only helps with keeping regular it also helps with swelling for ladies. In the morning a cup of coffee gets it going too.

Pineapple. Also, almond butter and it's good for you, too!

Absolutely unbelievable results from a teaspoon of blackstrap molasses dissolved in a half glass of water, and then stir in a big tablespoon of whole psyllium seed husk and drink immediately. (not nearly as gross as it sounds) Follow with another glass of water. Yes to lots of other fruits and veggies and plenty of fluids, but I take prescribed opiate pain medication for fibromyalgia pain, which will shut you down in a heartbeat, and this is the thing that works for me.

Eat a high fiber ceral in the am, followed by an apple late morning, a couple prunes in the afternoon if you like them (I do!!) and a mangesium supplement before bed. Lot's of liquid, water, tea, etc. Do this everyday and you won't have to worry much about it.

Drink at least a quart of apple juice in the evening, it will talk to you by mid morning.

Dried apricots. Also, these are not fruits but almonds (especially with the brown hull) do well for me.

Bananas, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, leafy green lettuce, leafy spinach lettuce, and prune juice (I hate it, but I also hate regular prunes too).
