If you feel constipated what fruits or veggies will help things * move along *
Or any other ideas or supplement would be appreciated

You didn't specify that it needed to be a fruit or veggie that you are crazy about. Thought you wanted something that would work.

Stew the dried prunes in water, eat them soft and drink the water. They'll be as delicious as any canned fruit. Or cut them up and stir them into anything that you'd normally put raisins in, like oatmeal.

An apple a day
Also oranges, raspberries and figs.
Not sure on the rest or which veggies do the best.
There's a cabbage soup also known as the Cabbage Soup Diet, that is supposed to work wonders too.

best thing to do is for a couple of days eliminate dairy-Especially cheese, Yogurt is ok - Also eliminate red meat - to do the trick for a day only eat fruits, Prunes, Pineapple, citrusy fruits & salads- No banana or rice as well- drink plenty of water

Prunes, now known as dried plums, come in various flavors now. I've had the orange-flavored ones and tehy aren't bad. This is one case where Grandma's remedy is safe, proven effective, and cheap!

Water is the key diet ingredient to keep that from happening to begin with. Next, move about, don't be sedentary. Choose fruits and vegetables with both fiber and moisture. An apple, a tablespoon of cod liver oil, as mentoned, cabbage soup, my mother drank prune juice every am.
