Now I'd need cutout all grains & fruit to do this. But is this true? Do fiber foods raise insulin thus causing BP increases? I'm lost here. Any med ppl help us out here? I have great BP, great bld sugar, yet worry this diet of "heathly food" will mess it up -- despite eating textbk well.

That makes no sense to me, although I am not a doctor nor a nutritionist. The health benefits of fresh fruit and whole grains is incredible, I would think cutting them out would be super-bad for your health over the long term.
