The prestigious Cleveland Clinic issued it's annual ''top 10 list of medical innovations'' for the coming year 2011.

#1 Molecular imaging biomarker for alzheimer's plaques (first ever for alzheimer's).
#2 Tageted T-Cell antibody (epilimumab) for metastatic melanoma
#3 First prostate cancer vaccine (provenge) approval by FDA.
#4 Statins for healthy individuals. (Note: i personally have a problem with this one as this is just bogus especially for those of us into body building and fitness.)
#5 Hepatitis C protease inhibiting drugs (boceprevir and telaprevir)
#6 Telehealth monitoring for heart failure patients.
#7 Endoscopic weight loss procedure (transoral gastroplasty)
#8 Breath diagnosis device that can detect asthma.
#9 First ever oral medications for multiple sclerosis (fingolimod).
#10 Capsule endoscopy for pediatric GI disorders.

I'm still waiting for the forever at 21 pill .

More to each innovation in the posted link for those interested.

And I am waiting for the ultimate diet pill! The one pill that will actually make you loose weight like a Tylenol take your headache away! Or I could just keep eating right!
