That's when they lump good ones in with bad ones. There are certain hospitals in my area I wouldn't go to on my deathbed! Hospitals are ranked by results and all you have to do is find a good one.

perfect example of useless study, reported irresponsibly.

And half truth used to advance ones agenda. There is a hospital in the town I'd used to live in that was worthless.
