Body Renew any information please (leg, muscles, machine, best)

I recently joined Body Renew a full healt gym, my first visit there they didn't offer any real help for the machines. I received two weeks free so my membership actually starts in August along with 4 months of personal training. I guess my question is has anybody out there had any experience with these folks and did I make a bad choice in joining their gym for a year.

Hello I have been a member of Body Renew for 3 months now and I love it!! I have been a member of other clubs in town and not to say the are bad but I have never gotten results like I have at Body Renew. I Work out with a trainer 2 times a week, it helps with motavation and education. the best money I have ever spent

Well I will be canceling my membership today, I haven't been to the club since October. I worked with a new personal trainer and he brought on weights that strained my muscles in my right leg, now I haven't been able to receive full complete use of that leg, times when I try to speed walk my right leg will attempt to go out on me. Not a good experience with the trainer they gave me. My first trainer was great, but then he got promoted to manager and they gave this guy who was more interested in what was going on around him instead concentrating on my training. I still have 2 months of training that I couldn't use.
