I'd never thought of growing in the pot,I wonder what season is best! it's really too hot now for those little things to grow

Ask your county extension office. They know everything! You might be able to grow them year-round, or at the very least, in spring and fall.

jco wrote: I was just wondering what the best foods to eat were. Thanks for sharing this!

The best foods would be fresh, organically grown, local fruit & produce.

Second best would be fresh, non-organic, locallly grown fruit & produce.

Third best would be non local, organically grown fruit & produce.

Limit the amount of non-local, non-organic fruit & produce that you eat.

Take it all with a grain of salt, becasue this is just my opinion, even though I know I'm right . Other posters may have radically different opinions, but they would be wrong .

regards....Franco
