I don't eat any seafood (ugh). Some of it comes from China now, so be careful.

Berries every morning in my shake. Don't care for crucifers, but will eat them occasionally. Eat lots of pumpkin seeds! And squash. The others in abundance.

Thanks for good article.

Brocolli... Yuck, blechh... can't stand the stuff. Is it any coincidence that brocolli and kryptonite are both green? I don't think so! I'll stick with kale or chard, thank you very much.

If I could add one food to the list it would be walnuts. They're extremely good for the cardiovascular system in general.

Cleaning out file cabinet and came across this article:

2. Grape Tomatoes
3. Fat-Free or 1% milk
4. Blueberries (as others have mentioned)
5. Wild Salmon
6. Crispbreads (wholegrain rye crackers, etc.)
7. 10-minute Brown Rice (Microwaveable)
8. Oranges
9. Diced Butternut Squash
10.Pre-Washed, Pre-cut Bags of Greens

there was also a list of the 10 foods that you should never eat. All were listed by brand name so I won't get in trouble by putting that list here.

Oh man grape tomatoes are the best! They sell them in little plastic containers, they have great flavor, almost as good a ripe tomater right out of the garden back home.
