I hope someone has an idea what this might be. About six months ago I started feeling something in my left ear. It almost felt like a small insect crawling in there. Maybe something like a tick. I had an appointment with a Doc on something unrelated. I asked him to check it out and he found nothing unusual. This comes and go at weird times and lately it feels more present than ever. There is no pain and it really is not an itch. More of a slight pressure with maybe it feeling as if something is moving around a little.
Any thoughts?
Someone bumped your thread. Did you ever figure out what was causing the crawling sensation in your ear?
Do you have shoulder or neck pain? Thoracic outlet syndrome or rotator cuff / shoulder issues can cause a fuzzy or funny feeling in your ear.
How can rotator cuff issues cause the ear issue? But funny thing is I had my right rotator cuff operated on 2 years ago and the Dr said it was one of the bad ones. My left one needs it as well but I am delaying as long as I can.
Actually it did and I completely forgot about it. But since you asked I'll likely feel it again. LOL.
That's always how it goes lol
