I do daily deep breathing, long slow breathing thru nose and breath out with perched lips to release breath. Gets oxygen in a good place. I take the heart health recommendations by Dr. S. Sinatra and like his advice. So far I'm fine at 79.

A friend was over last night and told us her 12 yr old yorkie died after my friend's husband had a horrible auto accident and was laid up for months, she thinks Sparky died of a broken heart due to his master's health issue. That yorkie was at the master's bedside for months. Interesting.

I'm 18 years old female and I have this feeling too. Also feels like it's in my heart every once in awhile. Right now feels like a sharp pain where my heart is on and off. I've told my doctor and school nurse they checked my pulses and how my heart sounded and said everything sounds okay. But it hurts so bad. Anyone else feel this?
