The report, published Monday in the British medical journal BMJ, showed that those in the group that consumed the most chocolate had decreases of 37 percent in the risk of any cardiovascular disorder and 29 percent in the risk for stroke.

My 24 year old son nibbles on organically grown cacao beans, (not fattening) and grows his own wheat grass...He is becoming a health nut...A year ago he lived on pizza.

What's unhealthy about pizza ? Just about everything is ok in moderation.

But they had 100% more tooth/dental problems and were on average 150 pounds overweight.

Yes about a year ago he collapsed, and called me on his cell for help...He was malnourished, not because he wasn't eating enough, but because many things vital to good heath are not found in pizza...

The darker the chocolate...the better.....sanspeur...it is possible to create a fabulous pizza loaded with "many things vital to good health".
