How does one get rid of the nauseating feeling that just wants to make u vomit and wretch!!! ugh, My head is pounding, my back and legs hurt for some reason. I feel like I was hit by a bus.

I'm not a frequent drinker, so when I do "throw a few back" I'm literally physically in pain the next day, it is awful!!!!

When I drank, I used to get a vanilla milkshake. For some reason, that seemed to help a lot. Maybe the sugar, I don't know.
Alcohol is poison.

I'm pretty sensitive to hangovers. I've tried lots of "cures" and other mumbo jumbo but nothing ever helped me. If you want it to go away faster get some moderate exercise (like jogging a few miles). You'll do the same amount of suffering, but it will be over a shorter period of time

Hangovers are the main reason I don't drink anymore. It's not worth it to me.

Couple of things.

Alcohol dehydrates you and that is what causes the headache. When you get home after drinking have at least 2 large glasses of water and 2 aspirin.

The next morning have at least another large glass of water, a cup of coffee two more aspirin and a B complex vitamin.

I'm sure you've seen "hangover pills" on the shelf at Walgreens. All they are is caffeen and B vitamins nothing more. If you've really had a lot to drink the night before the B Vitamin before bed is not a bad idea.

I use to drink a lot and after doing some research i found this and haven't had a hangover in years.

agreed.

how I beat or reduce hangovers.

16+ ounces of water after alcohol consumption is done. one loaded MEGA vitamin, has to contain B complex (all of them). 8 oz water in the morn, 8 oz black coffee, 1 banana, 2 of the same vitamin. 30-60 min walk outdoors. hangovers that used to last all day will only last 3 hours (talking massive amounts of alcohol here, works for lesser amounts too). I don't take any aspirin, for me, it is too hard on the gut after spirits. bottoms up!
