Thank you all, that's some very good advice. I want to exercise but have honestly no time left after school, school activities, and work. I do walk around all day so I guess that could count as my exercise. The same thing regarding sleep. Ideally I should be getting more, but I have no time.

I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I'm trying to slowly incorporate it into my diet.
Stepka, I am a little bit underweight at the moment, but that's because I've been kind of stressed and moving around a lot. I'm having a bit of trouble gaining weight.
I don't know about my blood sugar levels. Last time I went to the doctor was about 6 months ago and all my tests were fine.
Moonlady, are b vitamins supposed to give you more energy? I might try those.
jaijai, those are some great tips, thank you. I've always wanted to try yoga because I've heard amazing things about it, but at the moment I really have no time.

Lilamx, yes, B vitamins do help. A B complex is good and a B12 liquid will help as well as helping you get a good night's rest.
