When I changed my diet last year...these things happened..I actually look forward to going to the bathroom..kinda like knowing you are getting rid of toxic stuff in your body. I probably eat the recommended amount of fiber on a daily basis and it has done wonders for me. I know all about the gas...I call it having "gassy booty"....it stinks but hey, gotta get the bad stuff out!

Cut down on the carbs and I'll bet your stomach will do better, even if that means upping your fat consumption. Probably the grains that are doing it to you.

Maybe too much insoluble fiber and not enough soluble fiber, you need a balance. Insoluble fiber just goes right through you, while soluble fiber absorbs water and actually bulks up the stool.
