I was more built in the legs years ago, but I have thinned out. Now I have cramps and sometimes I have to stop and shake my legs before continuing on. I have always been a walker but now tire easy and get musicle cramps quite often. Today I am more cramped than usual. What does this mean?

It means you are weaker in the legs now than you were previously. A visit with the doctor can probably provide more detail.

Could just be a chemical imbalance like with your potassium levels. MS doesn't usually start like that.
