If you're an OB-GYN, is it lawful (or normal) for this type of doctor to prescribe medication for skin related allergies and osteo-porosis?

Yes it's legal, they are Drs. If you feel it's not normal and want to see a specialist for other conditions than that is your personal choice.

Yes, it is normal and common. Most OB-GYNs would treat osteoporosis and skin allergies.

OB-GYNs are specialists who take care of women. Some will do more primary care than others, depending on their own areas of special interest.

Prescription of few drugs is restricted to certain practitioners, so theoretically any M. D. could treat anything. Doctors specialize because they like doing some things more than others. And you won't find an OB-GYN doing brain surgery.

Normal and common

Some skin conditions are caused by hormonal levels. For instance, menopause can aggravate your roseaca.

Same with osteoporosis. A good GYN will also insist you get a bone density exam.
