I take nothing and I'm 41.

Note that posting in this type of forum might bias your results just like posting in a retirement forum, maternity forum or Justin Beiber fan club forum would have vastly different age groups etc.

Thankfully, I am not and I am in the late 20s. I need more exercise and less junk food however to keep that going. I eat well and exercise, but not as much as I could. It is a blessing to have health, but the older I get the more I am realizing that I can't be lazy with my body.

Despite pressure from doctors... I am not on any meds & have never consistently taken any, besides when I've been sick.
I do & have taken multi-vitamins & exercise daily.

While, I understand meds are sometimes needed, generally, I believe what Hippocrates said, "Natural forces within us are the true healers of dis-ease."
I also concur that genetics play a part in health, yet environmental influences, especially thoughts & related feelings & behavior significantly influence health.

I'm over 25 and I don't regularly take any prescription medications. I don't even like to take over the counter medications unless I really need them.

45 and nothing. I had a customer that was 72 and took 15 prescription pills daily and I was horrified! I guess if you will take them, the doctors will prescribe them!

I do not take ANY medications regularly and I try to not take OTC for a neck or headache but maybe once every six weeks to two mos., sort of thing. I try the herbal pillow in the microwave to be heated, first.

I am in my mid-fifties.
