Im 28 in pretty good health, recently married, and having trouble...well you know. I went to tge Dr. to get some viagra (100mg) got home popped a pill and nothing changed. Should i double the dosage, maybe try something different. Also the Dr. had me get some blood work done so im waiting to hear back from that.

I hope your blood work includes your testosterone level.

No do not double the dosage; that's asking for trouble and a trip to the ER. You maybe one of the few that see no benefit from it.

100mg is already a high dosage. Are you taking it on an empty stomach an hour before sex?

Viagra does NOT make an erection, all it does is increase blood-flow to make it more possible. I would question your doctor giving you a script without doing a full workup FIRST.

Many things can cause ED that Viagra will not help.

You might want to try it more than once. Give it another chance. Doubling the dose sounds dangerous.

Don't take anymore than was prescribed. ED can be a physical problem but sometimes an emotional problem. Wait and get your blood work results back and talk to your doctor.

You may want to try some of the other drugs dedicated to that purpose as while Viagra may not work Cialis Levitra may..Be a shame if it was all over at 28 but that could be a possibility..

Couple of questions:

1. Have you tried to get aroused on your own, or only with a partner?

2. Are you over/under-weight, have high cholesterol or any other diagnosed health problems?

3. Are you taking any other medications or supplements?

4. Have you had any major life events or been under any stress?

Did you order it on the internet ? You might have bought something that's not Viagra.
