If someone stays for 48-72 hours outside, lighty clothed while the air temperature is from 1C to 7C with windchill factor bringing the temperature down from -4C to 0C.

Will he get any pernament injuries if he doesn't die from hypothermia?

Because i have heard that frostbite can't occur if the air temperature is above 0C degrees.

So can someone die from hypothermia without getting any serious injuries if somehow he doesn't die or gets help before he dies?

I think 0 degrees centigrade is freezing, or 32 degrees fahrenheit. And yes, you can, especially if you get wet, it's windy, or you've been drinking.

Reading your post again, I'm more confused. Yes, he could die from hypothermia. No, if it's above freezing temperatures he couldn't get frostbite. But dead is dead, so I'm not sure I understand the reasoning behind the question.
