Sometimes after a stressful day I drink a glass or two of red wine. What other foods or drinks help in relaxing you after a long stressful day? Although red wine is good for you, I would like to try other alternatives. Something works for you, please post it. Thanks in advance.

We kinda have a mini break when the husband gets home from work. He gets to cuddle with his daughter (a break for him) and I get to let someone else take over for a min (a break for me)

We use have hot coffee or coco (made with milk) and some sort of pre dinner snack - maybe a slice of bannana bread, pumpkin bread, or a muffin.
