OK, so I broke my right ankle 10 years ago. In addition, I believe I either cracked or otherwise aggravated my big toe. In any event, The ankle healed somewhat slowly but well, but the right toe has developed a bunion. I have some pain but it's manageable. I am still active on my feet, daily chores and also running and cycling.

But...

OK, I know this sounds weird, but when I wash my feet in the shower, my left (never injured) foot rinses clean but my right foot always feels like there's still a little soap left between all my toes, no matter how much I rinse. Visually, there is no soap left whatsoever.

The only thought I have is some minor nerve "damage" from the injury and/or the bunion causing a sensation of slippery toes???
