I just read this today on one of my Bodybuilding forums as this is a great story. This man is 72 and looks in his 40's and works out 6 days a week at an hour and eats a very good diet of Fruit, Vege's, Nuts and Legumes....
Here's the 3 minute interview by ABC News....(30 sec commercial before interview)

Thumbs up Very inspiring!

That is amazing! What I found especially interesting was how mentally agile he seemed -- my guess is that this isn't just coincidental. I had heard that muscle just gets better with age, and he certainly seems to be a testament to that.

That is awesome! My brothers had posters of him and Arnold back in the day.
And I agree with what he says about cheese..."it's the worst"...lol
I also agree that it is how 70 yrs old should look.

Good for him!!

I love seeing people like him. I know of a Fruitarian, he's in his 50's, only eats fruit, and he is a bodybuilder. His whole family only eats fruit.
His wife told of how when she gave birth, it was virtually painless. She's had 4-5 kids. All natural, no hospitals.

Tremendous video. I personally do not know of anyone in my town or area that comes even close to this man in being in such great shape. Mostly overweight and flabby individuals seems to be the norm anymore. Sad.
