Hi all,
I've met an accident 2 years back and got multi fracture on my face. My nose and forehead are crushed. Because of it my face was changed completely. Now I'm planning to do a plastic surgery and I'm too afraid of it. I contacted the best surgeon [mod] no ads allowed[/mod]. Is it safe to do plastic surgery? How they do it? They will open skull for it?. Please clear me about plastic surgery.

i struggle to believe this is a serious post - but if so, your surgeon and anaesthesiologist should be able to walk you through the risks of the procedure.
its difficult for anyone on here to help you, not knowing the details of your particular case, your medical background, and other medical conditions, nor the procedure you are being proposed to undergo.
if you are having a general anaesthetic, then there are risks associated with that even in healthy individuals, albeit low. if you are having surgery, then there are always risks when skin is cut, and in your case, presumably bones may be being rebroken, and realigned.
you need to discuss with those in charge of your medical care.
