sore throat past 3 days and yellow mucus coming from my nose and throat. I went to the Dr. yesterday and he said it appears to be viral but he did a throat culture anyway to rule out strep. I feel better than I did a few days ago but I still fell tired and blah. I am a sub in a school cafeteria so I have to work from 10:30 -1:30 today which is not too bad, I did not work yesterday because of how I felt. Dr. said antibitoics will not help a viral infection and I already knew that but I wanted to get checked out anyway to see what was going on. I have seasonal allergies too but I have been using my A/c since april which helps.

Burn out. Spent the holiday weekend moving. I seriously need a day with just me, pajamas, movies, and video games. Maybe a morning jog.

It burns the heck out of your throat then numbs it.
