I thought I had been doing rather well w/ no aches and pains lately. I go to reach out for something in my overhead work cabinet and immediately feel arm recoil back and almost knock me off my chair. My shoulder now has a really stiff feeling. I manage to move it a bit and pop. Ahhh. Sort of relief [because of the stiffness] but now I feel a slight radiating warmth feeling in my upper left shoulder and slight pins&needles sensation. Eventually went away. Until the next time I have to reach for something, i guess.
Just wondering if anyone else on C-D get it, and what they do for it.
Last time I had been at the dr for it, seemed like it was no big deal. I'm not going to waste any money going back. Probably more annoying except when it's in between the stiffness and 20 or so mins after the pop. Those moments hurt.
