Shoulder Replacement Surgery (healthy)

Next Monday, I'm having a new left shoulder installed. Has anyone else had this done and can tell about what to expect for the next year?

Background

I'm a very healthy and active 65 year old male. Prior to this upcoming surgery, I still play hockey (goalie), scuba dive, down hill ski, golf and fish. Is this going to have a major impact on my recreational life?
